Halal Certified
We’re also a proud Halal certified company and have been for many years. We are certified by Halal Transactions of Omaha, a universally accepted Halal organization. They audit us on an annual basis to ensure we’re fully equipped to produce Halal products suitable for consumption.
Besides our famous beef products, we also produce and sell Bea’s Best Halal certified breakfast beef (beef bacon) and veal bacon. By definition, Halal certified food means that the product is free from any component that’s prohibited from consumption and is prepared in adherence to Islamic law. Thus our product is processed, manufactured and prepared according to Islamic law. Every beef item we make is available Halal-certified for shipment domestically or internationally under our label or yours. Our Halal hickory smoked breakfast beef is made with ingredients that have the same smoky, yummy, and mouthwatering taste as our original beef bacon.

EV Export Verification
Meeting the requirements under the USDA Bovine Export (EV) Verification Program, products of City Foods / Bea’s Best are allowed to export to almost any country worldwide. We have been exported our high-quality products throughout the world for decades. It’s important to note that the requirements for each country vary. USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) evaluates and verifies companies to be eligible suppliers of meat products under the program and are approved through their Quality System Assessment Program. City Foods / Bea’s Best is audited annually by the USDA to ensure we meet all the requirements.
